AvidBeam Participates in BrainsMingle AI Summit 2026
AvidBeam Technologies participated in BrainsMingle AI Summit 2026, a fully virtual global summit running from October 10 to 16, 2026.

AvidBeam Technologies participated in BrainsMingle AI Summit 2026, a fully virtual global summit running from October 10 to 16, 2026. The company was represented by two speakers across two separate sessions: a technical presentation on the evolution of video analytics and an expert panel discussion on the future of deep technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
The summit brought together AI researchers, technology leaders, founders, engineers, and industry professionals to explore the current state and trajectory of artificial intelligence and deep tech. AvidBeam's participation contributed to the summit from both a technical and a strategic perspective, reflecting the company's role in the AI video analytics space and its engagement with the wider AI ecosystem.
Session One: The Future of Video Analytics
On Sunday, October 11, 2026, Eslam Ahmed, Software Engineer at AvidBeam Technologies, delivered a session titled "The Future of Video Analytics" as part of the summit's AI in Tech and Infrastructure track.
The session examined how video analytics has evolved from traditional detection methods to AI-powered systems capable of interpreting complex video streams and generating actionable intelligence in real time. Drawing on his experience building production AI pipelines using C++, GStreamer, NVIDIA DeepStream, and CUDA, Eslam explored the relationship between AI infrastructure investment and practical, scalable workloads.
The presentation addressed how Generative AI is expanding what video analytics systems can perceive and interpret, and where the engineering challenges of real-time processing, latency, and model depth intersect with the operational requirements of large-scale deployments.
| "The evolution of video analytics is not just about more accurate models. It is about building the infrastructure that can run those models at the speed and scale that real-world deployments demand." — Eslam Ahmed, Software Engineer, AvidBeam Technologies |

Session Two: Expert Panel on Deep Tech and AI
On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Dr. Hani ElGebaly, CEO and Founder of AvidBeam Technologies, joined an expert panel discussion exploring the evolving AI landscape and the challenges and opportunities shaping deep technology development.
The panel ran from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM Cairo time and was moderated by Mohamed Eltabakh, Lead IoT Solutions and Compliance Manager. Dr. Hani was joined by Dr. Khaled Ashmony, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AIDAChip Inc., and Dr. Mohammad Omara, Founder and CEO/CTO of Hoopoe Digital.
The discussion covered four main areas. The first was the nature of deep tech itself: how deep technology differs from conventional software development in terms of research and development cycles, technical risk, and funding requirements. The second was the role of AI in accelerating R&D, including where Generative AI and AI agents are beginning to change workflows in video analytics and chip design. The third was the regional opportunity: whether AI can reduce the barriers related to capital access, technology infrastructure, and ecosystem development that have historically constrained deep tech growth across the Middle East. The fourth was career development, with a focus on how engineers, scientists, and technical graduates can position themselves as AI continues to transform professional roles in their fields.
The panel concluded with an audience question and answer session.
| "Building a deep tech company in the region means navigating real constraints. But AI is beginning to change what is possible: in how we develop, test, and scale technology that would previously have required resources far beyond what regional companies could access." — Dr. Hani ElGebaly, CEO and Founder, AvidBeam Technologies |
